Over the past decade, I’ve worked across charitable giving, personal finance and the energy sector, leading the design of products and experiences that solve complex problems for both businesses and the people they serve. Today, my focus extends beyond designing individual experiences. I’m passionate about helping organisations build the capability, culture and operating models required to deliver exceptional products at scale.
My approach combines human-centred design, data and emerging AI capabilities to help organisations deliver meaningful outcomes. I’m particularly interested in how design can evolve to become a strategic capability across Product, Engineering and UX, enabling teams to move faster without compromising on customer experience.
I’m drawn to solving meaningful problems that have the potential to create lasting impact. Whether improving financial wellbeing, enabling charitable giving or accelerating the global energy transition, I enjoy working at the intersection of business strategy, technology and human needs.
As a design leader, I’m passionate about:
For me, design isn’t just about creating better interfaces. It’s about creating the conditions for better decisions, better products and better experiences for end users, teams and businesses.
LinkedIn Download my Curriculum Vitae (PDF)When I’m not thinking about product strategy and design, I’m usually spending time with my family or exploring the latest developments in AI and technology. I’m naturally curious and love understanding how things work. Whether that’s a complex product ecosystem or a new creative tool.
I’m fortunate to have worked on products that make a positive difference in people’s lives, and I’m always motivated by opportunities to solve meaningful problems alongside great people.
